Good Samaritan Network (GSN) directly coordinates what has become the signature Holiday Assistance Distribution program in Hamilton County, which provides basic holiday provisions (Holiday food, clothing, toys,) for countless individuals and families. This program is made possible by generous donations from Hamilton County residents, agencies, organizations, and churches. The need is growing! GSN is directly involved in helping the underserved individuals and families within Hamilton County (Indiana). Countless underserved families are hoping for Holiday Assistance, made possible by our Network and various individuals and organizations—just like YOU! It is the "collective" participation that allows us to reach a greater number of families and individuals! Someone has said, "You don't need a reason to help people!"—and we agree! There's plenty of need!

Basic iSponsorship Responsibilities Include:
As a Holiday Sponsor, you’ll help make the season brighter for your assigned family by providing:

3 clothing items per child (clothing, socks, underwear)

3 toys per child

A food basket or gift card for the family’s holiday meal

(Adult/parent gifts are optional)
Getting Started

Decide on your budget and, if you wish, invite friends or family to join you in shopping for your assigned family.

When you receive your family’s information (via email, fax, mail, or phone), contact them right away to:

Identify yourself as partnering with Good Samaritan Network.

Share whether you’re helping for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or both.

Assure them they will not need to attend the event site.

Arrange a delivery date for their gifts and holiday food—on or before the listed date(s), or a mutually agreed alternative.
