Festival of Trees Designer


Thank you for your interest in this year's Festival of Trees. Please use the form below to REGISTER as a DESIGNER.

RSVPs will be available for registration early September. You may use the link above at any time for the DESIGNER RSVP to register those attending. Once you select the link, then select INDIVIDUAL RSVP. You'll then select DESIGNER RSVP. You are allowed a maximum of two (2) discounted meal registrations.


When completing an RSVP, the buyer becomes the primary contact. Be sure to have your contact information readily available (including full name(s), emails, contact phone, mailing address) when registering RSVPs for the Festival of Trees.  Remember, you can come back to this screen to RSVP for the event at any time (once RSVP opens) if you are not ready now.

Information Overview

I understand I will contact the Event Coordinator, Kim Harden, (317.379.0470) for confirmation/appointments for the Designers' roster and for tree/wreath selections if needed.

I understand that for all GSN provided Christmas Trees/Wreaths and I am responsible for selecting a tree by September 8, 2 pm, at: Good Samaritan Network Warehouse.

I understand there is a mandatory Designers' Meeting, September 18, 6pm, Jim Dandy's Restaurant, Noblesville, IN

I understand that the designing/setup work period will be: November 9-19 with a completion deadline no later than November 19, 8pm.


I understand the fluff date is the day of the event and will be November 23, 9am-4pm.


I understand designers are asked to donate individual time on Sunday, November 24, 11a.m. (the day after the event) to help wrap and box their tree(s)/item(s) in anticipation of delivery on Monday.


I understand that Good Samaritan Network is required to provide an indemnification agreement and proof of adequate insurance for any damages to Bridgewater Country Club resulting from any action or omission of individual attendees, including vendors, designers, etc., in conjunction with the event. However, Good Samaritan Network is not responsible for any loss or damage, no matter how caused, to any inventory, materials, samples, displays, equipment, properties, or personal effects brought into the venue for this event.


Media Promotions – Designers will be given name recognition in the program, print pieces, website, news releases and other media promotions (within sign-up guidelines and deadlines).
