Thank you for your interest in this year's Festival of Trees. Please use the form below to REGISTER as a DESIGNER (this is not RSVP). You may use the link above when registration opens to RSVP as a DESIGNER to attend the event.

I will contact the Event Coordinator, Kim Harden, (317.379.0470) for confirmation/appointments for the Designers' roster and for tree/wreath selections if needed.

Media Promotions – Designers will be given name recognition in the program, print pieces, website, news releases and other media promotions (within sign-up guidelines and deadlines).

NOTE: RSVP will be available sometime in mid-September or early October. When completing the event RSVP, the buyer becomes the primary contact. Remember, you can come back to this screen to RSVP for the event at any time - once RSVP opens.
