Sponsorship LEVELS
and Information
Sponsors are critical as dynamic members of our community investing in the development and the improvement in the quality of life among the underserved who live and work in Hamilton County.
EVENT Sponsor $8,000 - 3 / Tables (24 Tickets – including one full meal, 24 wrist bands (max. 24) for an open bar during the entire evening, and 20 Chance to Win tickets per guest (max. 480). You will distribute these to your guests. Includes ten minutes of platform presentation time, literature placement at each seat, and on-site booth set up during the event.
PINNACLE Sponsor $4,000 - 2 / Tables (16 Tickets – including one full meal, 2 complimentary beverage tickets per guest (max. 32), and 15 Chance to Win tickets per guest (max. 240).
PILLAR Sponsor $ 2,000 - 1 / Table (8 Tickets – including one full meal, 1 complimentary beverage ticket per guest (max. 8), 10 Chance to Win tickets per guest (max. 80).
PLATFORM Sponsor $ 1,000 - 4 / Tickets (including one full meal, 1 complimentary beverage ticket per guest (max. 4), 5 Chance to Win tickets per guest (max. 20).
PARTNER Sponsor $ 500 - 2 / Tickets (including one full meal, 1 complimentary beverage ticket per guest (max. 2), 2 Chance to Win tickets per guest (max. 4).
Media Promotions – Sponsors will be given name recognition in the program, print pieces, website, news releases and other media promotions (within sign-up guidelines and deadlines).
Limited table seating: eight (8) per table.
All “wrist-bands” or “beverage tickets” and “Chance to Win” tickets will be included in each sponsor’s packet and available upon arrival. Sponsors are responsible for distributing these to their guests.
