Energy Assistance Program
The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is one of several available programs and services overseen and administered thru Good Samaritan Network in Hamilton County. The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides one-time financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season.

We intentionally developed a pathway for consistently communicating, collaborating and developing the Hamilton County Network by engaging those among its diverse group of agencies, non-profits, pantries, human service providers, faith-based organizations, businesses, government, schools, and individuals as we enhance the Network’s importance and develop a wider community identity and visibility throughout Hamilton County.

Good Samaritan Network engages in community enhancement by providing closely aligned services and collaboration for entities beyond the typical scope of the Network including social justice, shelter, hunger, disaster, schools, and faith-based organizations.
GSN also provides oversight, resources and support as the fiscal agent for several organizations serving the residents of Hamilton County.
